Daily devotions, Bible studies, and one-on-one mentorship help men grow spiritually, discover their God-given identity, and build a life rooted in faith.
Recovery and Accountability
Through mentorship, peer support, and proven recovery principles, men learn to walk in honesty and freedom from addiction, shame, and past mistakes.
Work Readiness and Life Skills
We help residents find stable employment, develop trade skills, and manage their finances—restoring confidence, responsibility, and dignity through work.
Transition and Re-Entry Support
Graduates receive continued guidance, community, and spiritual support as they move toward independent living and long-term success.
Who Are We

419 Ministries -

Board of Directors

We’re just ordinary people who believe in second chances and the power of God to change a life. We’re not professionals with all the answers, we’re neighbors, pastors, volunteers, and friends who’ve seen what grace can do when a man is given a safe place, a little guidance, and a whole lot of hope.

Around here, transformation doesn’t happen overnight, it happens one step, one prayer, one meal, and one conversation at a time. Our homes are full of laughter, hard work, and stories being rewritten every day. We believe healing happens best in community, when men are surrounded by people who see who they can be, not who they used to be.

We exist to remind men that failure isn’t final and that freedom is possible through Jesus. What starts as shelter becomes family. What begins in brokenness ends in purpose. And every changed life becomes another reason to celebrate what God is doing right here in our own backyard.

We’re ordinary people, but we serve an extraordinary God — and that makes all the difference.
